Terms and Conditions of Sale

I. Nature of Goods

All products sold on this platform are digital assets (PDF, .docx, .xlsx). Upon successful payment via Stripe, a non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted to the purchaser for use within a single business entity only.

II. Intellectual Property

All templates, manuals, and systems remain the intellectual property of SHEQDocX and SHEQ Management PTY LTD. You may modify these documents for your own internal business use. However, you are strictly prohibited from:

• Reselling, redistributing, or sub-licensing the documents.
• Uploading the documents to public file-sharing sites.
• Using the documents to provide competing consultancy services.

III. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL), refunds will only be issued if the digital file is technically corrupt or does not match the description provided at the time of purchase.

IV. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SHEQDocX and SHEQ Management PTY LTD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss, injury, or penalty resulting from:

• The use or misuse of these templates.
• The failure of the purchaser to properly implement a safety management system.
• Any enforcement action taken by WorkSafe or other regulatory bodies.

Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the document(s) in question.

V. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes arising from the use of this site or its products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of WA.
